Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled 7 days prior to an event date a full refund will be given. Unfortunately if an order is cancelled 6 days prior to an event date then 50% of the total amount will be charged to your card on file. If an order is cancelled 1-2 days prior to an event then 75% of the total balance will be charged to the card on file. Refunds will not be given for cancellations that take place the day of an event. Prices do not include Florida state sales tax.
