Includes an assortment of cheeeses and individually chosen items included but not limited to salami, pepperoni, dry cured coppa, jams, spreads, dips, breads, seasonal produce, crackers, nuts, chocolates, and olives.

-Requester will need to discuss table size, group size, logistics and availability. Confirmation, 50% booking deposit, and signed service agreement required for Grazing Table booking.
FOOD SAFETY
For the best food safety measure, it is best that charcuterie boards, grazing boards or boxes are eaten within 4-5hrs. If this time frame cannot be ensured then it is recommended that items should be covered and stored in a refrigerated area until it can be consumed, preferably within the same day.
